Registration

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment of your registration fee is due by 1^st September 2027.
2. Early bird rates are valid until 23:59 (SAST) on 30 March 2027. Standard rates will apply from 1 April 2027.
3. Should payment of an early bird registration not be fulfilled by 30 March 2027, you will automatically receive an updated invoice with the increased registration rate.
4. If you select to pay via an electronic transfer, an invoice with Congress bank details will be emailed to you along with your confirmation. The onus is on you to ensure payment is completed.
5. Proof of payment should be emailed to Chantell: chantell@soafrica.com.
6. Please make sure that all payments make clear reference to the invoice number that is found at the right corner of the invoice e.g. INV-37
7. Paid registrations are only transferrable to delegates who have not registered yet.
8. Delegates attending the Congress from countries outside of South Africa are required to make payment in South African Rands (ZAR). You are responsible for covering the full bank charges.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

1. All cancellations must be received in writing to the registration manager chantell@soafrica.com prior to the 1 June 2027 and will be liable for a R600 administration fee.
2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 1 August 2027.
3. Any registrations received after 1 August will not be entitled to a refund or credit, and such person will be liable for the full registration fee.

Refunds due will only be issued 1 month post the Congress.
